A lot of applications, including Hackers News with its Favorites, include some sort of internal bookmarking. Slack, Teams, Instagram, Facebook (I think). It seems reasonable for Twitter to introduce this feature as well.
- mkl95 4y agoThis is a bit of an obscure fact, but HN favorites are also public. You can browse them at https://news.ycombinator.com/favorites?id=<username> https://news.ycombinator.com/favorites?id=<username>
- lapcat 4y agoTwitter has had bookmarking for a long time: https://twitter.com/i/bookmarks https://twitter.com/i/bookmarks The only thing new is a dedicated button for it.
