What are the pros and cons of sdl2-config vs pkg-config?
- ufo 4y agoHmm... Looks like sdl2-config is deprecated and will be removed for SDL3: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/6140 https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/6140
- asveikau 4y agoSdl predates pkg-config. In the late 90s it used to be common for libraries on Linux to have a little script like that. Gtk+ was the first one i remember noticing. Most of them migrated to pkg-config if they're still around.
