One thing to think about when it comes to taking on a co-founder is that it is not just the material help they can provide you (e.g writing code, answering calls, devoting man hours).
It is a long long journey to acquisition, if you do plan on building something that grows to $100m+ valuation, as it sounds like that's where you want to go.
To do this alone takes a lot out of you and takes a lot from you in order to not break, sell out early, etc.
A co-founder is someone that will give you support and they will walk this journey with you up and down all the struggles.
It's tough to say without knowing the person in question. Basically what I'd say is that you sound like you are definitely capable of getting this thing off the ground as a solo founder, which would exclude you from the YC advice of finding one.
However, accounting for the fact that you are doubting yourself this much on a decision like this tells me you may or may not have what it takes to weather the storm all on your own. And in this case, you should bring someone on as a co-founder.
Just my two cents, I wish you the best of luck on your journey. I know you'll crush it!
