Ask HN: What is some good Arabic content on the internet?
I am a Syrian but my entire internet life lies in the English internet. Recently I am interested in exploring the Arabic internet and I am curious what content do you recommend. Any content type/field is welcome!
- seb1204 4y agoThis is a good question. I'm sure there is good content unless you are looking for content that is created to pair it with add to earn money. I assume that the adds industry is favouring english content created in more western relations for western or western oriented viewers. This does not exclude Syrian content per se but makes it harder to support it with adds. Have you checked blogs, podcast? Other platforms than YouTube? Would the infrastructure in Syria support creators and consumers of original content? Have you considered creating something? A curious topic...

- rg111 4y agoNetflix series Fauda is great. You won't regret watching it. It is Hebrew-Arabic bilingual.
