My step-mother noted that she was prescribed amphetamines during all three of her pregnancies (late 50s, early 60s) for "weight control." Which, these days, seems crazy. That said, I'd note that none of my step-brothers seem to have been negatively affected by in-utero exposure to amphetamines.
