Having a higher pH actually means being LESS acidic. And no one would ever expect a mouse to 'turn into jelly' in a bottle of orange juice.
- endersshadow 15y agoI don't know--I think keeping a mouse in a bottle of orange juice for two years may very well turn it into jelly. It's acidic and does not prevent the decay of the body. It's at least not out of the realm of the plausible.
- pdubs 15y agoNot orange juice, but cranberry juice has a lower pH than Mountain Dew. It's about 1/2 pH away from stomach acid.
