Those documents are discussing warrants which don't have a gag order (I strongly believe, IANAL)
- brookst 4y agoI don’t believe gag orders preclude inclusion in a count like this, since that does not inform about the existence of a particular warrant. But I’d love to hear from someone more knowledgeable.
