- teslabox 4y agoPolyunsaturated oils combine spontaneously with the oxygen to deteriorate into a hard film. Vegetable oil bottles tend to get sticky on the outside. Used vegetable oil is great for wood preservation. - rawgabbit 4y agoI was going to say the same thing. Harvard Health says both Omega 3 and Omega 6 are good for us.
