I do! I wrote a nameserver in Deno and have it sitting on the same server as EdgeDB. The baremetal instructions are missing a bit when I was attempting this setup last month but to the devs' credit, they updated the documentation to address my issues. The EdgeDB team is going to release a managed service sometime "soon".
