Congrats on the longevity! My only suggestion for your site is that your homepage has a lot of different fonts at once. One for the header/nav, one for the main body/CTA, another for the podcast column headers and a serif font for the podcasts themselves. It may be worth condensing those and differentiating with size/color/weight instead of font face.
