Hate to be that guy: what about people not vaccinated that got it? At least in the abstract, they only mention vaccinated + infection and vaccinated without infection. Seems there's an obvious missing category...

Not many unvaccinated left in Portugal, and I'd suspect most of those 2% are folks who have a good reason they can't be that'd add confounding variables to the study.
