When it comes to water rights - yes everything can be reduced to politics.
- cptskippy 4y agoExactly, it's not a drought if it's over 3 decades long. It shouldn't be treated as an exception with temporary measures.
- terr-dav 4y agoIt's not a natural disaster, nor an inevitable (& naturally occurring) phenomenon. The decades-long drought is a direct result of a century of burning hydrocarbon deposits that have been in the ground for millennia.
