The Filesystem Hierarchy Standard Comes to Guix Containers
- pxc 4y agoI love how straightforward this is and how you can spin these up ad-hoc, directly from the CLI. Looks super easy to use. It's great to see a flexible tool (and possible escape hatch) included in a first-class way. (This blog post does a nice job concisely outlining the motivation as well.)
- podiki 4y agoThat's definitely the idea, to give any user easy to use and compose tools (this builds off all the guix shell and container machinery already). And thanks for the kind words (author of post and patches)!
