On my homeserver (a Raspberry Pi), really just OpenMediaVault to manage data backups, Jellyfin for local media streaming and a Kiwix server which serves local copies of a number of services like Wikipedia.
I have a VPS where I "self" host more stuff, like Nextcloud, Mealie, Paperless, etc.
