I've had lower back pain for 10 years now. Rolling on top of this for a minute once per day was painful at first but after 4-5 days it felt fine and I've had no back pain since. I believe it realigned my vertebrae. Now I roll once a week or so to keep things aligned.
- klondike_klive 4y agoDo you roll with the roller horizontally aligned or vertically? Although I really like the idea of cracking my back into line I worry about the shear forces generated on each vertebra while rolling with it horizontal. On the lower back, specifically, where there aren't ribs to spread the load.
