Running OpnSense at the edge (DNS, VPN), raspi as a print/backup server, Synology NAS for Plex/file sharing, a Philips Hue bridge (lighting) and a Ring bridge for lights/cameras. The raspi periodically backs up certain files from the NAS to an S3 bucket for long term retention. I'd like to go with HomeAssistant at some point with some custom Ring-MQTT/lighting apps for capturing video and "dissuading" some of the solicitors around here.
