I organize the python Atlanta group and have began working at the start of last year to go back to in person events. We finally had our first one in September 2022. Then a well set up event in December 2022 (thanks to JFrog btw). Goal for this year is to continue improving the events and turn them into mini conferences and workshops. Pyatl is rather old and there’s a big membership. I’m also expecting to support other local groups in the process of restarting their events. Local meetups are crucial for the industry and we need them to come back better than ever. Protip: volunteer at your local groups. Doesn’t take much time and the benefits are really good.
