I really enjoyed the book "The Confessions of Aleister Crowley". Not because of the occult stuff, but more because of the climbing expeditions he was on. Very vivid descriptions. Quite the experiences. He climbed with noted mountaineer Oscar Eckenstein, who amusingly, wasn't impressed with Crowley's infamy. They put my many mountaineering adventures to shame.
