- canonica 4y agoIn my country it's absolutely illegal to ask, no matter if voluntary or involuntary.
- mightymikey 4y agoin the US, it is required top ask, but optional to fill
- idlephysicist 4y agoWhen I elected to not fill them in, HR told me that they would answer the questions for me. This was due to a "limitation of the system".
