Why? Let the market figure it out. If people don't like what Netflix is doing, then they won't apply for the job.
- justusw 4y agoIf this was anything but highly paid jobs in the tech industry, letting “the market figure it out” will not go well. Salary lower than minimum wage? No legal minimum parental leave granted? Hazardous work environment? Just quit and apply somewhere else!
