YouTube's attempts to warn users about misinformation are hysterical [video]
- kklisura 4y agoIn this video Louis Rossman talks about another video [1], which is video about programming in Django, with description: "holy crap I hate django documentation, but I'm warming to django". Youtube added a misinformation warning about climate change in this video, probably based on "warming" keyword. - amalgamated_inc 4y agoI've seen COVID misinformation badges on.. SNL sketches about anti-vaxxers. So dumb.
- LewisVerstappen 4y agoIt's even worse. I'm having files get flagged in Google Drive for "suspicious content" even though the file is completely harmless. I had a gif of the "thinking meme" in a Google Drive folder and that got flagged.
