I'm done with Walgreens. No matter what I need from their pharmacy, it takes a minimum of an hour to do it, including simple refill pick up. CVS takes no where near that, in and out quickly. Walgreens has a major management failure and they do not want to fix it.
- object-a 4y agoYeah, between poor customer service, massive wage theft, understaffed locations, and excessive security that ruins the customer experience, it's not surprising they have challenges.
