I've been using ChatGPT to help with a variety of work-related tasks and it's most helpful to use it to generate a first draft, or a set of written options, from which various edits and revisions are made manually until a final product is completed. Although the conference says you're allowed to use ChatGPT for grammar checking and editing, the process I describe works in reverse - ChatGPT comes up with the base of the text and the human edits. If such a process were to be used to write a paper, or anything else, it seems to me it would be extremely difficult to even know it was "written" by AI and this process eliminates the risk of the AI making basic mistakes as the content is edited and approved by a human.
