Ok admittedly struggling with "gratifies one's intellectual curiosity." but on a seperate note I tend to visit such places (young family) and they seem to be hitting a generational infection point - the first scrappy start up of a crazy couple using their house to help animals, becoming well known in the area then building up professionalism, now those original starters are aged out as are their children and ... now we have job posts.
