I'm not sure this follows. For people that really care a lot about both issues, perhaps. For me, I care much more about privacy and preventing government overreach than making porn harder to access. As such, I'm not going to be the one trying to figure out how to accomplish this without these effects. I'm going to focus on saying "Don't introduce those effects, regardless of your motivations."
