This looks like a tool for generating images of underage cartoon children? Even right now you can see some of the example images are generated with a hand on the breast through a bikini top.

For what it's worth, Usada Pekora is a vtuber (a streamer who presents themselves as a mocapped anime/cartoon/3D avatar) who is never implied to be underage. Not that I'm defending whatever Automatic1111 does.

  Interpreting these images "correctly" requires a TON of context, which unfortunately is not the kind of slack that (for example) Canadian law enforcement are willing to give. Many regulators really don't care about details in the slightest. In general when it comes to porn and porn-adjacent content, "I know it when I see it" remains how the law generally works :( There are VTubers and video game characters that in their canonical profiles will say things like 'eternally 17' or whatever. How is a regulator supposed to interpret something like that when deciding whether something is meant by the artist to be transgressive or not? We know the actresses involved and the artists are all adults, of course.

It's a front end for running Stable Diffusion. It can generate anything, but the embeddings allow people to augment Stable Diffusion with specific concepts. So the embeddings they linked to could potentially be seen as something that turns a general-purpose tool into a tool for generating those types of images.

  In Photoshop's official documentation, does Adobe include links to instructions for creating "lolicon" (cartoon child pornography), like Automatic1111 did?

  Come on bud, most Americans are fine with guns, but if I made a gun that only shoots pregnant women cowering in fear that pose no threat to the wielder, I think people would be rightly upset. People can argue that generating loli content is an alright thing to do (good luck), but at least one of the embeddings linked was explicitly finetuned to generate loli content.
