- edaemon 4y agoThe law requires Pornhub to use a government service (LA Wallet) to verify the license, allowing the Louisiana government to log the event.
- micromacrofoot 4y agoThey do have to record it, because it needs to be auditable if it's questioned legally.
- UncleEntity 4y agoUh huh… And when they’re dragged into court by the parents of some kid that got caught watching porn how are they supposed to prove they complied with the law? In a bar they come in and randomly card people to make sure they’re not serving underage people. I’ve seen it once, just a spot check by the state liquor board or whoever. No need to store any information, if you’re in the bar be expected to be carded at any time.
