I thought I found a bug on Open Street Maps' border of Long Beach, CA (https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/112100 https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/112100) but turns out the aberration is Signal Hill: an "enclave city". I never knew those existed, and not sure how many there are.
