Yeah having good colleagues makes a big difference. You all support each other against a common enemy. I once worked for a very-much-not-minimum-job dysfunctional company where even the colleagues were jerks. That was pretty bad. Luckily that is the only bad experience I have had. Most companies I worked for in my career were pretty good.
