The only advice I can give is that you quit cold turkey. If that means not using YouTube then so be it. This was the only way I was able to quit Twitter. I forced myself to stop using it, and after awhile (for me about 1 or 2 weeks) I lost the desire to use it. That was in July, and now when I visit it I feel revulsion and close it immediately. So there is hope, and you can quit, but it’s a hard stop.
