Even if you force math on people that won't mean it will be of any use.
You cannot just force math and programming onto someone and expect them to become even an avarage level programmer/scientist.
And the way AI is exploding right now these low level code monkey jobs (frontend web design) is already halfway code-less, so even these positions won't be available to them.
- sn0w_crash 4y agoIn Eastern cultures we have been doing this for years. Parents force math, engineering, or CS on their kids. Kids (reluctantly) do the work. Many go on to have high paying careers involving math or CS.
