- Nextgrid 4y agoProblem is that bringing on a lawsuit (especially against a large company) is difficult, so maybe laws such as the GDPR that forbid everyone from misusing personal data are better, instead of forcing citizens to spend time & money getting their own justice.
- ksenzee 4y agoWell, yes, but we work with what we've got, and right now it's a lot easier and even cheaper to file a lawsuit than to get Congress to act.
