No? vpn's are cheap and honestly I doubt most of the companies need to read github code*, and those that do well just use the vpn. Hell you can even not pay for it but use opera's free built in VPN, use Tor on clearnet as a VPN of sorts, all for effectively zero cost. *:we're talking gdp here.
