  Unfortunately, mine didn't work out but the team I led was able to help a well-known brand in India scale one of their ecommerce initiative. I took a 4-member team, and spent about 3 months to help them 3x (I think 4x) their sales powered by the frictionless and sub-minute checkout process, etc. One of our team wrote few articles about it.
