I wonder why prisons would ban books written by 'black prison abolitionists' How could a book arguing that prisons are nonsense and criminals should be free possibly be considered inflammatory in a prison where criminals are not free but want to be? I don't doubt that the American justice system is perverse but this is not the reason. Sure mein Kampf could use a ban but that's all.
