> 5. Show up in meatspace Clearly not a future-proofed essay. I already find myself creating multiple personnae so that I can enjoy the internet without having to worry about being scanned too deeply without my consent but it turns out to be a lot of work and effort and i'm not even sure i'm doing it right. I realize this is antithetical to the HN community of let's all be real people and create a community but even participating in this community still is an exposure to harvesting by bots and a security risk. The fact that all HN threads are easily accessible to anyone is problematic in my opinion and i think a bit naive which is why i don't comport with the true spirit of this site.
