- chrisdhoover 4y agoDevils slide is the historical spot for bad things happening, both cars going over the side and washouts. The old Devils slide is no more. A tunnel was built. I love to roll my windows down and from a standing start run through the gears in my old little car with the big motor roaring. Continue the drive from Frisco and stop Duarte’s in Pescadero for some grub. Or just pull off and walk on the beach. Ain’t noth’n better then a drive down 1.
