If only transcribing from screenshots could be automated somehow... Maybe in 50 years.
- matt1 4y agoIt was a quick v1 solution, but yeah, it likely can be automated.
- quaintdev 4y agoScreenshotsGo from Mozilla on Android can transcribe all screenshots in minutes and then make the text available for search. P.S. I used to do this back in 2019 but apparently it's no longer available on Play Store. I wonder what happened.

- johnfn 4y agoPerhaps not what OP was referring to, but MacOS now supports copying text from images natively.
