Ask HN: Does HN cause more FOMO than Twitter and YT?

With some restraint on IG, YouTube and Twitter, you can limit your content to topics/creators you are interested. All these social media serve different purposes. But HN is too broad. So might be more dopamine and FOMO and therefore distraction than Twitter and YT.
