Grew up as the child of poor immigrants (like rent was $1300 and we only made $1200 a month poor) which led to a lot of arguments and depression at home. I used to stay at the library as long as I could to avoid all that and my parents eventually used the library as a babysitting service. I developed a passion for reading and the library also had computers with internet access you could use for 30 minutes a day. I used those 30 minutes everyday to learn and make my own website and the rest is history. Today I make ~$450k/yr and hope I can continue to give my family a better life.
