I saw these here two months ago[1] and crowdfunded a pair immediately. They haven't arrived yet. The only potential downside I see is noise. It wasn't mentioned in the video but it seemed like ambient sound was seldom used in the mix, and I'm easily annoyed by the kind of high-pitch sound emitted by everything Dyson makes, for example. But even if noise is a showstopper for me, I'll consider it money well spent. In fact I'd be happy to go back in time to have crowdfunded them sooner!
