Mainly looking for 3-6 month engagements to help out tech managers under pressure, take on interim leadership roles, help grow your team, or get your (legacy) code base in shape for what the business needs. My approach is to spend a few months of focused time, help you make and train the right hires and then gently move into regular consultations.
