We've already collectively decided the past few years it is perfectly okay to allow workers and visitors into nursing/retirement-homes unvaccinated and unmasked and sometimes even known sick because they aren't going to change their lives in the slightest for anyone else. Locations have had massive wipeouts of residents, nothing changes, people want it this way is the only logical conclusion.
