Not sure about TTS, but I've trained GPT-2 (a pytorch implementation I think) on my own data and it worked pretty well, also tried eleutherai's 6B model but, couldn't figure out how to run it..
About an "easy way", I don't think such user interface like what Stable Diffusion has got exists as of now.
