- janalsncm 4y agoI don’t personally care. I’m not the first filter though, so HR might be rejecting those candidates. That said, if anyone without any degree got to me I’d love to give them a shot. My thought process is, they must be smart as hell to make it this far without the signaling that a degree provides.
