If the passwords are generated using timestamps then to recover a password from the master pass key you would need to remember the date you generated it on, which is impractical. Also not sure what the stuff about passwords expiring after 3 months is about. Otherwise this is a great idea. The software ideally would still encrypt the usernames + websites with the masterkey, but being able to recover passwords (assuming you remember the username and master key) without any access to your computer is pretty cool.
