All you've said is the same thing I already said, but you spelled out the "opportunity cost" part of the equation separately, while I assumed everybody knew that was part of the consideration and didn't need to be spelled out. Obviously the entire thing has a big "in their assessment" caveat around it too. This is also* part of the problem, not anything that negates what I already said.
