- sokoloff 4y agoAgreed. > Businesses are also prohibited from accepting cashless payments in New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and New York (Not only do they list New York twice, the source they reference doesn't even say those locales ban cashless payments, but rather than they preclude businesses being entirely cashless.)
