Sounds like a DSGVO/GDPR nightmare. And I really don't want to explain why the deleted data are part of some sold stolen data blob. There might be some technical use cases, but in general it has many culprit
- ocimbote 4y agoIf this ils well documented, I don't see how this would be a problem for GDPR. Can you elaborate?
- simonw 4y agoCompliance there feels to me like it would be quite straightforward to implement: if there is a legal requirement for the deleted data to be fully disposed of there's a very obvious single place to delete it from.
