On this site, I opened a book at random and was surprised to see several errors in the text. For instance, a full stop was clearly missing in the first line. So I checked the source, which seems to be gutenberg.org (the site has no reference at a book level, but mentions some sources on the front page). Yet the same book (Botchan) on Project Gutenberg does not have these errors. So I'd suggest two enhancements to the author. Firstly, for each book, state the exact source, including the retrieval date. Then make sure that the up to date version of each book is used. I also wonder if there could be a way to make all this typing more useful. There are so many books lacking OCR, or lacking review after a poor OCR.
